1. General Introduction & Acceptance

ku9r (referred to as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming service that provides various entertainment gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh, including slot games, live casino, and cricket betting. These terms ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user of the ku9r platform ("Member" or "you") and the service provider.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a breach of these Terms and may be grounds for account closure. If any of your personal details change, update your account profile as soon as possible.

2.4 KYC Verification

As part of the membership process, ku9r reserves the right to verify your identity. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may be requested to confirm identity, along with a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in withdrawal being suspended.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are directly responsible for all activity carried out through your account, even if a third party uses it without your permission.

• Notify ku9r support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is prohibited.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.

ku9r will never ask members for their password or full payment details under any circumstances. If you receive such a request, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Funds can be deposited on the ku9r platform via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request being accepted. Identity verification may be required for security reasons before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 Additional Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit (where applicable).

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳22,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Additional Bonus Conditions

• Certain games may not contribute toward meeting the wagering requirements while a bonus is active.
• Each promotional offer may have its own terms, which will be described in detail on that offer's page.
• Artificial or automated wagering for the purpose of exploiting bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• ku9r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

ku9r is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Any form of fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized software.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools intended to influence game outcomes.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Collusion or coordination with other members.
• Impersonating ku9r staff or providing a misleading identity.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking attempts on platform systems.

In the event of any of the above violations, ku9r may suspend or permanently close the account without notice and forfeit the associated balance. In serious cases, law enforcement authorities may be notified.
